In 2005 Nina Kuulas qualified as a Fitness Instructor, after which she applied for a Degree Programme in Physiotherapy at Tampere University of Applied Science and qualified in 2011.
Nina and her colleague carried out a Clinical Study in 2011 on Way to a good sleep; Astro and Hybrid 2 pillows effects on pain in the shoulder area, shoulder joint active range of motion and quality of sleep. The purpose of the study was to find out if these pillows could improve pain and active range of motion
in the shoulder area. The research was accepted by the Finnish Association of Physiotherapists, used and published during 2012 Physiotherapist Seminar in Finland.
In 2015 she attended a programme in Sleep and Issues Affecting Sleep by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. Since 2016 she has been featuring in the lifestyle TV programme, Jaksa Paremmin. She works as Physiotherapist, Sleep Consultant and Fitness Instructor.
