How we can incorporate Aromatherapy into our daily lives.
The use of Essential Oils has been practiced since Egyptian times. In our workshop today we will look into why the use of Essential Oils is as relevant today as it was thousands of years ago and see how we can incorporate
Aromatherapy into our daily lives for 21st Century living.
Whether we are recovering for a cold, injury or operation, are looking into ways to ease pain or manage discomfort or feel overwhelmed, anxious or unable to sleep, this workshop will focus on the many ways Aromatherapy can be
used to aid the rehabilitation process.
Together we will explore what Essential Oils are, where they come from and how they can be chosen, blended, stored and used safely and appropriately to support our mental, physical and emotional well-being.
