Monitoring fitness, fatigue and infection in one simple blood test.
ABEsport is a novel capillary blood test (for use with a whole team or individual athletes) that measures the respiratory burst (activation of the NADPH oxidase) of certain white blood cells and relates this activity to parameters such as:
fitness, infection, stress, fatigue, depression or combinations of, in an easily understandable format that enables the medical and coaching staff to intervene immediately with individual players as well as obtain a weekly visual over view
of the state of the entire team.
